Dear Just Married Author:
Here are a few guidelines about my likes and dislikes and the fandoms I've selected for this challenge.
Let's get the easy stuff out of the way – here are my Do Not Wants for all of the fandoms listed:
DO NOT WANT – Things of a Sexual Nature
Humiliation, Pee/Scat Play, Guro/Gore, Castration, Crucifixion, Discipline Spanking/Punishment, Infantalization, Pedophilia, Pain Play, Medical Torture, Violent Rape, Murder
DO NOT WANT – Things That I Don't Want in the Story
Racism, Anti-Semitism, Homophobia, Transphobia, General Character Bashing, Verbal Humiliation, Disrespect to former partners/love interests
As for what I do want, unambiguously happily ever after is a must. How you get there is most of the fun. I like adult stories, featuring adults. But that doesn't mean the stories need to be explicit or have any sort of sexual content. I'm perfectly fine with fade-to-black. I do love kissing, though. Just saying, but anything beyond that is up to you, author. If writing detailed sex is your thing, I'll love to hit the bunk with the story. If not, I will love it just as much.
I also love slow burn. If all I get is two gloved hands barely touching, my heart will go pitter-patter.
With these things in mind, let's talk a bit about the fandoms I've chosen for this challenge
Kingsman (Movies)
Relationship(s): Kingsman is my primary fandom right now and I am a multi-shipping mama. I adore the fandom's primary ship – Hartwin (Harry Hart | Galahad / Gary "Eggsy" Unwin), but I am just as heavily invested in Merwin (Merlin/Eggsy) and Merhartwin (Merlin/Harry/Eggsy). What I love about these characters is their competence, their self-assurance, their moments of despair. I love how fandom has fleshed out Percival and James | Lancelot (Percilot), which is Kingsman's equivalent of Phil Coulson/Clint Barton, but not only do these two never appear on screen together, Percival has no dialogue and James is killed shortly after the opening credits.
What I'm not fond of is The Golden Circle. The gratuitous deaths of Roxy and the rest of Kingsman, and then Merlin's pointless death at the end of the movie have made this a no-go for me. And while I refuse to bash Eggsy's relationship with Princess Tilde (and their subsequent marriage), I simply don't like it. TGC and Stateman characters can be used to move the story along, but I don't want a story that focuses on them.

A/B/O Marriage: One Alpha/One Beta/One Omega: This screams Harry/Merlin/Eggsy, and while there are many A/B/O stories featuring this triad, there simply isn't enough to satisfy me.
Alpha/Beta/Omega Arranged Marriage: I would definitely enjoy something unique for this trope. The usual scenario is Eggsy is the one who is given in marriage. Perhaps Merlin and Eggsy are already married and find Harry through an agency? But if you want to go the traditional route, that would be absolutely lovely, too.
Arranged Marriage - mutual pining between spouses: One of my absolute favorite tropes and perhaps why I'd been addicted to Regency novels in the 1980s and 1990s, when it was all about pining and mis-matched stations and not about espionage and inprobably anachronistic behavior.
Arranged Marriage Contract Bought Out By Someone Else: Can I have a Georgian or Regency AU for this, please?
Arranged Royal Marriage : My favorite thing in the whole wide world is a Royal AU with Harry as king and Eggsy as his bride. My second favorite thing is Eggsy as king and Harry as his bride.
Betrothed/Spouse Has a Secret Identity: This is perfect for a canon-adjacent story where one of the partners is not a Kingsman agent.
Character thinks proposal was rejected but other person misunderstood : Why does this seem perfect for James and Percival?
Claiming the thrones requires marriage and impregnation : Alpha Harry/Omega Eggsy, please and thank you very much.
Droit de seigneur : This has serious consent issues and I was of two minds about selecting it. It works for me when the "bride" is secretly pining for the lord, or seigneur. Perhaps a medieval AU where bride Eggsy had lost his virginity to Seigneur Harry and Harry exercises his right (droit) to claim first night privileges to cover for that?
Elopes to Gretna Green : Again, my love of Regency romances is showing.
Forced to marry after one-night stand leaves one partner pregnant : I see this only in the context of a historical AU, before availability of legal abortion. I would not like a story where the state requires marriage.
Guardian marrying ward when they come of age : I know this might seem creepy, but if you want coming of age to be 19 or 20, that's fine with me.
Character fantasizes about getting married : Any character, any of the requested pairings would be lovely.
Fake Marriage Turns Into Real Love : Any character, any of the requested pairings would be lovely.
Forced Marriage Leads to Genuine Feelings Marriage Proposal : Any character, any of the requested pairings would be lovely.
Inspector Lewis
Relationship(s): Of all the great British procedurals, this Morse spin-off is my favorite, and the only one I've felt fannish about. I love the relationship between Robbie and James, whether as friends or lovers or something else. I've watched through the Fifth Series, but I am aware of canon changes going forward.
I love both canon, canon-adjacent, and AU stories for this pairing, and honestly, there is something very desperately Victorian about their relationship. My perfect Lewis and Hathaway story would be two hundred thousand words and they don't even shake hands until the 90k mark!
Feel free to bring out an outside POV - Laura or Jean, or even the ghost of Morse!

Arranged Marriage - mutual pining between spouses : This could be canon, where James and Robbie have to be fake-married for an undercover operation, or an AU where they are required to marry for reasons to be determined.
Always Married to Same Person When You Dream : I see this as James dreaming and he's been dreaming about being married to Robbie since childhood.
Arranged Royal Marriage : Either or both James and Robbie are royals who need to marry each other. Probably would work best in an A/B/O universe, but any AU would be fine with me.
Character fantasizes about getting married : Either James or Robbie, either works for me. Or a third person POV, thinking how lovely it would be to be at James and Robbie's wedding.
Fake Marriage Turns Into Real Love : What it says on the label.
Forced Marriage Leads to Genuine Feelings : Hmmm, same deal.
Marriage Proposal Character thinks proposal was rejected but other person misunderstood : I see James asking, and Robbie, being Robbie, completely misunderstands. And then finally gets it.
Elopes to Gretna Green : I would love some super angsy Lewis Regency AU.

Arranged Royal Marriage Forced Marriage Leads to Genuine Feelings
Arranged Marriage - mutual pining between spouses
Political marriage but mutual pining
Royal Court Reaction to Marriage
Claiming the thrones requires marriage and impregnation
All of these are pretty much on a theme. I'm looking for a Male/Male relationship, so the last prompt would require Mpreg, and if that's not your thing, don't even go there. It was just one that kind of struck me as a bit on the kinky side, and all of the others are pretty much romantic but do not have to be sexually explicit.
I love Young/Old pairings, mentor/student (but not necessarily teacher student), and in the context of this prompt, I see the "sensible prince" as someone older, more comfortable with the ways of the royal court and the newly-crowned king is young, perhaps an unexpected direct heir who had no idea about his heritage.
I do also love the idea of two men on the cusp of middle-age, figuring their way around things. Also, would love the sensible prince to have been a long-term political hostage, maybe brought to court and had been left there, forgotten about until someone asks what he's doing there.
But use your imagination, I'm sure I'll love what you'll write for me.
