Whoops, I didn't notice that it was marked P/N, but I loved how you handled their meeting. The grief, the arguments, the reasoning... it felt true. And it made a lot of sense. You added to the danger of the Panthers, which I felt hadn't been that threatening, to be honest. All the details, June, Moz, etc... you made it fit.
One thing I had assumed from the show to explain his body was that he 'died' in route to the hospital, so he hadn't been opened up. Thus Peter saw him before the 'autopsy.' That was my reasoning, at least.
And OMG. I should have asked you about how CI's testify anonymously, because I googled that to death and read way too much law stuff only to wave my hand at it. (of course, I was dealing with international law...) Plus, I used the same reasoning - it would be obvious that it was Neal.
