Basically like an extra spicy mulled apple cider. I don't drink coffee, so chai is all I can tolerate. Instead of chai latte which is with milk, they make this with apple juice. It used to be on the menu, but thankfully it's no problem for them to make. (their chocolate chai was...less than impressive and it's not on the menu anymore)
