LOVE the oblique references to the sub-genre of cracky Kitten!Neal fics (esp. the drapes-climbing scene from ChinaShop's "Paws!", one of my other fave cat-transformation crack-fics), and everyone being so un-fazed by it 'cause it happens to Neal all the time... LOL! at having the various antiquities experts on speed-dial!
Had you not mentioned your allergy, I'd never guess you weren't a cat-person; you describe cats and their behaviour very well.
