Well, he's been playing the sort of emotional-manipulation games with Neal that I'd expect from a grade-school kid ("If you're MY friend you can't be Peter's friend too!"). I hate that (in canon) Mozzie has been pressuring Neal to make an either/or choice, even though the consequences would be *extreme* if Neal ran.
